What is Laser Hair Removal?

We offer three levels of hair removal packages that can provide a quick, painless and effective way to eliminate hair and ditch the razor and wax for good! At Empower we utilize the latest in hair removal technology using the triple Diode wavelength that can be used on both light and dark skin types. This is the latest treatment in hair removal and treatments are quick,painless and effective to reduce the hair growth within 4-12 sessions depending on treatment area.

Hair Removal Packages

GLAM Package: This package includes 6-8 sessions and is for small areas of the face including upper lip,cheeks and underarms.

NUDE Package: This package is 6-8 sessions and is for full legs, bikini and underarms. Any individual area can be added on to this package.

BARE Package: This package is 8-10 sessions is our full body hair removal package that covers from head to toe.

How Many Treatments Do I Need?

For permanent hair reduction, you’ll need to schedule a series of appointments. The lasers will target hair during the growth phase. However, your hair will reach this phase at different times.

As a result, you’ll need more than one appointment to target every hair in the treatment area.

The number of treatments you’ll need will depend on your:

Hair density
Skin type
Treatment area

Am I an Ideal Candidate for Laser Hair Removal?

You’ll be glad to know that 90% of patients who are considered good candidates report hair loss after three to six sessions. However, not everyone is suitable for this type of procedure speak with your provider for more specific recommendations and guidelines.

Are There Side Effects?

Laser hair removal is considered a low-risk treatment option. However, you might want to have your technician perform a patch test before your first appointment. This patch test can determine if your skin responds negatively.

You might experience:

Irritation
Itching
Swelling
Redness

It is normal to expect some redness and itching at least 48-hours after your treatment. You can ask your technician what other side effects are common.
